Welcome to the year 2000. I got a digital TV box for our TV. I really do not like comhem as a company, but after many years of refusing to pay for any kind of TV subscription we felt it was time.
We got a HDPVR-1000C box from Humax. It can record 2 shows while you pause another one live. Pretty cool to record what you want to see from a program guide and then watch only what you want on the weekend / when the kids sleep. It does it all in HD and has HDMI out. This has been the box I have been waiting for.
It has only crashed twice in 3 weeks!
